Perspectives on leadership, organisational development and change

For many years, I have engaged deeply with questions of leadership, organisational development and intercultural collaboration – both in my advisory work and through my own experience in executive responsibility.
Some of the publications and articles gathered here were written several years ago. However, they reflect core questions that continue to shape my work:

  • What makes leadership effective?
  • How can organisations shape change in a sustainable way?
  • How does the ability to act emerge in complex environments?

Many of these reflections originated directly from practice – from leading and accompanying transformation processes, from executive responsibility, and from working in international contexts.
These contributions offer insight into my way of thinking and my professional stance. At the same time, I consider this reflection an ongoing process.
