I support organisations and leaders in phases of development, transformation and clarification.

My work combines strategic thinking with a systemic perspective and a clear and reflective professional approach in working with people. It is grounded in more than 25 years of experience in international organisational and leadership contexts – in internal and external roles, in executive responsibility as well as advisory functions.

As a senior leader, I have personally led complex transformation processes. This experience shapes my work today: I understand organisational dynamics not only from observation, but from direct responsibility.

In my work, the focus lies on clarifying roles, strengthening ownership and developing viable solutions within the specific organisational context – integrative, reflective and effective.

I work at eye level – with respect for people and a clear understanding of structures, dynamics and decision-making processes.
